We have recently been granted planning approval to convert this dilapidated barn previously owned by the MOD in the desirable conservation area just outside of Leyburn. The scheme is to convert the barn into a luxurious 4 Bedroom detached dwelling with under floor heating using the latest in Biomass heating technology which will provide the owner with a handsome return on the Governments new Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI). We are currently producing the Building Regulations drawings and the client is in the process of obtaining electric and water supply to the property. The main works are due to commence later this year.
