We have just received news that planning permission has been granted for the revised scheme of The Beacon to provide 272 apartments, underground Automated Parking System, electric car and bike scheme, solar PV, Geo Thermal and Rain water harvesting, Landscaped Roof Garden and incorporating the lowest UK Acoustic Rating and largest UK residential Arboretum.  We are now working with Corona Properties to provide Building Regulations and Tender Package with the intention to start the Build later this year.
