The
original barn was used as a Cow Byre and later purchased by the MOD. The
property was sold at Auction in 2013 and WardmanBrown were instructed to
re-design the layout for conversion into this now wonderful 4 Bedroom house.
The heating and hot water is supplied by a Biomass Heating system and the use
of Solar Panels helps reduce the cost of electricity making this a very
sustainable build. The photographs below show how the barn looks now in
comparison to how it looked before the conversion.
