Planning Permission has recently been approved for this Contemporary 3 Bedroom Detached Dwelling with 2 Bedroom Annex. The clients originally lost planning permission for an earlier design. WardmanBrown were brought in to provide a completely new design for a Dwelling which would sit more sympathetically within the constraints of the site while providing a luxurious modern home. The incorporation of materials such as EPDM roof covering with Standing Seam Detail, the crisp clean lines of the external render along with the glass link between the Main House and the Annex helped towards obtaining an approval.
