We recently assisted Parker Barras Estates Ltd in obtaining planning approval for the conversion of 3 redundant shop units in Stockton Town Centre into 3 Micro Pubs. The Thirsty Souls which is the first Self Serve bar in the area, Dr.Inks a Cocktail bar, and The Looking Glass a micro pub. The 3 bars have been fitted out to a very high standard and hope to provide a much needed variety of drinking establishments in the area.
