WardmanBrown were instructed to produce Architectural plans and details to assist with the planning applications and Building Regulations approval for the numerous alterations to the tallest building in Teesside, the Centre of the North East (CNE) which has been vacant for over a year.

The alterations included the refurbishment of the Ground Floor to create the new Turtle Bay Bar and Restaurant, The change of use from A1 (Retail) to A4 (Drinking Establishment), Minor internal alterations and modernisation works to the toilet areas, Alterations to the First Floor Level to create a new Bowling Alley. And a new Roof top Sky Bar. The remaining floors are classed as Permitted Development for conversion to Living Accommodation.
