This stunning property in Guisborough has now been completed. The existing tired dormer bungalow was altered, extended, and the roof lifted to provide this wonderful feature property that boasts a large Kitchen with copper finishes and part vaulted ceiling, Large Lounge with feature fireplace and LED strip lighting, Family Dining Room, and an open feature staircase leading to 3 large bedrooms all with en-suites.

The large full height glazing are constructed of Oak and to compensate for the heat loss, additional insulation was included within the walls, floor and ceilings ensuring the Uvalues achieved those required to satisfy Part L of the current Building Regulations.

The owner was loathed to demolish the existing dwelling in its entirety, so although a challenge, approximately 35% of the original dwelling was retained. The end result, however, is amazing.
