Wardman Brown were commissioned to provide a scheme for a new Orangery to replace the tired conservatory and add a new single garage on to the side of the dwelling. Planning approval was sought followed by Building Regulations Approval, Tender and appointment of a Contractor.  Wardman Brown were involved from Start to Finish and assisted with the Contract Administration and Project Management. The end result is a very attractive Garden Room with a Picture Frame Feature Window centrally within the Orangery, Large Glazed Bifold Doors and a large roof lantern.  The garage provided is very spacious with an electric roller shutter. The clients were over the moon with the end product and provides much more light into the dwelling a space to be proud of.
